(Cheap) Korean beef tartare sold by other restaurants are made from beef cattle (dairy cows). The differences between Korean Beef and Beef Cattle in terms of price and taste are like night and day. Odarijip never uses beef cattle, and only uses soft Round of Eye from selected Korean beef. We are certain that a slice of Korean Beef Tartare together with Odarijip’s secret sauce and Korean pear from Naju tastes greatly different from other restaurants using beef cattles claiming to be Korean beef.
